How do they calculate RR - how can I know what I'm buying that will qualify me for them? Is it only certain products, if so, how do I know which ones. Again, I'm new to the game but trying very hard to learn.

It will tell you what qualifies in the weekly ad. :-) Some people are able to view the ad early, thats why I have it posted already. Tomorrow check the paper or you can go to the store and grab the instore ad.
