Disappointing! My hair looked straw-like and drier than it did before I did the damaged hair treatment! It didn’t have my normal softness that my hair generally has and it felt heavy. It was also very tangled with tons of little knots at the ends! I will say this though; my hair was very shiny when I was finished with this damaged hair treatment, more shiny than normal!
