There was a B1G1 Coupon in the 2/21 RP

Scenario:

Buy 2 Purex 3-in-1 Sheets
Use B1G1 coupon
Pay $4.50
Receive $1 RR
Total after coupons & RR= $1.75 a box!

    Was the Purex B1G1 coupon regional? I ordered coupons online and got my inserts today, but that coupon was not in there. I just want to make sure I did not get ripped off!
