ReplyDeleteI stay active by taking a walk every evening with a friend and we take the dogs with us!! They love the walk too and they let us know when it is time to walk.
ReplyDeleteI stay active by doing pilates and yoga 3x per week. I also try to fit in cardio either on the treadmill or walking when the weather is nice!

I haven't really been exercising much lately; my apartment complex has a gym, but it's hard to force myself to go and plan my exercise routine. And I have Wii Fit, but I'm not as crazy about it as everyone else seems to be. I think I'm going to break out the old Yourself Fitness game for Xbox. It gives you a customized workout with a virtual instructor, which is just what I need. You can do yoga with it too, so a yoga mat would come in very handy! Thanks for the chance to enter!
