I have received emails & comments about the Pulse Mascara not being included in the Walgreens sale, so Im posting it here so everyone can see! Sorry for the confusion! The $3 Pulse Mascara coupon IS ok to use on the product, however the sale excludes the Mascara this week on the BOGO sale!
