I never get catalina at the Winn Dixie I shop at in Belleview, Fl. Is this a regional thing? Any suggestions on getting these? Thanks for any help

Make sure the catalina machine is on & working (there is usually a green light I believe) Its the same machine that coupons print out of ($10 off $50 etc) Have you ever received one of those coupons?
