Thanks for this info Carrie!
As Albertsons LLC began closing many stores last summer, shoppers complained that some locations didn't honor sales prices in the company's weekly fliers. Customers who shopped at the stores and paid more than sales prices printed in fliers can get $20 back from the grocer. Affected stores were at 870 Village Oak Lane, Heathrow; 2381 State Road 434, Longwood; 10250 Curry Ford Road, Orlando; 7524 Dr. Phillips Blvd., Orlando; 440 N. Orlando Ave., Winter Park; and 4300 Clarcona-Ocoee Road, Orlando.
Claims must be filed by Aug. 3 and based on newspaper ads from between July 20 and Aug. 15, 2008. Consumers may only file one claim per household. Customers may download a claim form for reimbursement on the Attorney General's website at http://www.myfloridalegal.com/albertsons or may call 1-866-966-7226.
