  1. Has anyone had problems with Publix taking 2 coupons on a BOGO lately? This afternoon I had a cashier tell me (with back up from CS) that corporate was changing/had changed their coupon policy to only accept coupons for the "paid for" items and not on the free ones. I said it made no sense considering the fact that the store gets reimbursed the value of both coupons regardless. Has anyone else heard about or experienced this?

  2. I have only ran into this problem once, but I argued and was able to use it "this time only" lol. That was at a Publix I had never used before, and never went back to it!!!
I would send an email or give a call to corporate on the Publix website, that way the GM of the store will be notified and you will get the CORRECT answer. :) Good Luck
(was this a store in Volusia?)

  3. I had one cashier tell me this back when I started couponing. I was too new at all this to argue so I nicely put my stuff back. I haven't used that cashier again.

  4. This also happened to me and so I went back to the store to return my product and the lady at CS gave me my money that I had paid and said that the store definitely should have taken my coupon. Don't be afraid to argue!!!
