ReplyDeleteI have never had a problem at Wags before but on Wed not only did she forget to scan to activate my TP being on sale for $3 overcharging me 1.07 for it she wouldn't let me use both of my qs on the candle. She scanned the wags q 1st and said she couldn't take my man q because it was worth more than the item (on top of that she was looking at the tp on the receipt screen not the candle) so I asked if she would remove the wag q and let me use my man q instead b/c it was worth more. She was still thinking my candle was 4.07 instead of 5.39 so she said I don't think I can take it but she scanned it anyways and then said I am surprised it took it. (Why wouldn't it duh it wasn't over the cost) But then she wouldn't use my wag q for the remaining 1.39. :( However, I went to my wags which is closer and that manager said he would fix my receipt so I am going in there today to get my receipt fixed. Still won't get my overage though. Oh well at least it will have been free. :)

Update - Went to my wags yesterday and the manager adjusted my receipt "returned" the tp and the candle and then added them back the tp deal was already preset in their register so that one came out automatically got charged 2.55 instead of 4.07. Then he scanned the $2 Wags q for the candle since it would take it b/c I had already used my man q before. So If you think in terms of my 1st receipt I made a .91 profit on the candle yay! I just wanted it to at least be free because if I hadn't used the 15% off coupon the candle would have been 5.99 instead of 5.09 and I would have been able to use the store q in the 1st place. Today I'm going back to get some more Dr. Pepper I have $1 off coupons from buying the new cherry kind.
